Laura is an experienced Clinical Neuropsychologist and an Adjunct Research Fellow in Forensic Medicine. Laura is skilled at working with people with complex behaviours and needs and has a particular interest in understanding and supporting individuals engaged with the criminal justice system.

Laura has worked in public hospitals, mental health settings and prison for several years. She is skilled in undertaking complex neuropsychological assessments, forensic risk assessments, functional behaviour assessments, developing positive behaviour support plans, and providing psychological intervention for a range of needs including targeting offending behaviours and behaviours of concern. Laura has extensive knowledge of the Victorian criminal justice system, public mental health services and the NDIS. She is well-versed in adapting treatment approaches in order to meet the needs of individuals with cognitive impairments.

Laura is well-known for her compassionate, friendly and down-to-earth approach to engaging with clients and other support providers. 

Georgia is an experienced and passionate Occupational Therapist. She specialises in the niche domain of supporting individuals with mental health diagnoses and disabilities with complex behavioural needs, including those who are engaged with the criminal justice system.

Georgia has worked within disability and prison settings for several years and is experienced in understanding the complex needs of clients within these settings. She has extensive knowledge of services, including NDIS pathways and is skilled in undertaking a range of complex functional assessments and developing positive behaviour support plans.

Georgia is well-known for her energetic and engaging attitude and her creative approaches to supporting her clients with complex needs.
